Not sure of the exact temp Meadows but I am sure that you suck.

We have saw snakes out sunning even during the winter. If its 45 and cloudy I doubt you will see one but if its 45 and sunny you may see one on the rocks sunning. They are pretty lethargic(sp?) when it gets that cold and move slower than molases or charlie getting ready to go climbing.
