What a wuss. Get rid of that conscience Lurkist.

Fortunately I saved a copy of your original response:

Yo OB, I have god damned lungs of steel. I am the definition of VO2MAX. When was the last time you won a race which required a tad of aerobic endurance? Probably never. I won the 2005 VO2Max olympics in Swomhold, India, bitch. Did you? I didn't think so. I won every race in the world last year asshole. I am the race winner. That's my name. Race Winner. What is your name OB? Are you the race winner? No. You can't be because I am. I win races ALL the time. My testicles have been tested for VO2Max and doctors have said that they have more than yours STUPID BUTT!

SCIN, Now that the Lurkist has given us his true name, don't you think he should get a new rank?

Lurkist, you suck ... that was one of the most enlightening posts yet.

Dear SCIN and Lurkist: i think i speak for everyone here when i say we are all now a stupider (yes stupider) for having read that post. Much like billy madison's soliloquoy explaining the symbolism of the puppy who lost his way. like i said before "greg lemond, highest recorded VO2max, 92.something i believe, lance: low 80/s still twice the average, thoroughbred 160, take that darwin/intelligent design.

I'd still really like to know what approach OB Juan used on the East Face

Oh Hugh, Go ahead and slam my posts If you actually had balls you would have addressed the medically oriented posts regarding flexors and extensors of the hand, and how core conditioning can benefit performance and reduce injury.

Excepting soccerfast and my direct statement to Hugh, the rest of you piggyback butt lappers just keep sucking each other off.
