Well, Saturday I climbed the steps to my youngest daughter's apartment where she and cliffhippie cooked my dinner; Sunday I climbed in my car and met my son at Barnes and Noble for breakfast and some fun browsing; then I went to my eldest daughter's where I climbed on the couch and enjoyed the rest of Mother's day with my grandbuddies. I love climbing!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

Ryan, I feel your pain. I hope you get better soon!

I did climb a hill of beans with a fork yesterday and am farting like a dog this morning!
