Happy thoughts for Broken Knee cap

Post by spuzo »

Hey everyone - most of you probably never met Anthony Riske...he's from Michigan and spent all his free time in the Red River Gorge. He recently moved out here to work for a wilderness therapy program out of St. George, Utah. He's a buddy of ours and he lives with us on his off shift. This past Thursday he fell climbing in the VRG and broke his patella in two. Joe was climbing with him and another guy when this happened and managed to carry him up out of the VRG and rushed him to the ER .... they operated, kept him for a couple days and released him to us yesterday (Saturday). He's bummed but doing well. He was supposed to leave to go home that same night he fell for a friend's wedding back in Michigan.

Just wanted everyone to send some positive healing thoughts his way. And remind everyone to do what you can out there to be careful.

Namaste, Anthony! Stacy and Joe will take good care of you! Keep your Spirit up!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.
