I know that this is the site for the Red, however, I am going to venture outside of Kentucky for once, and Of course it supposed to rain like the dickens!! Any suggestions for spots that stay dry?? The lazy climbers at the New don't have the stellar guide writing capabilities that El Ray has!!
Any style of climbing is appreciated, as long as it stays dry!

Rico Suave buttress at Kaymoor stays dry, there is a 10a, and a few 11's, all good routes, but popular in the rain, so get there early
The Hole at Kaymoor has many routes 12a and up, it's a giant roof
The Cirque is some of the better rainy day climbing at the New, it starts at an 11a and an 11b and then jumps to tons of 12's, the whole crag stays dry, it's on the end of Endless Wall
Occasional climbs at Butcher's Branch also stay dry, Mo Betta Holds, etc.
At Summersville: The whole Coliseum and Narcissus Cave stay dry

When I was there it rained for a short period of time every day. We managed to find a cave at nearly every crag. It was fun to explore some caves while it rained -- some of them were pretty cool!
Sarcasm is a tool the weak use to avoid confrontation. People with any balls just outright lie.
