Short notice, but anybody interested in a climbing roadtrip for the dates of 7-26 27 28 29 30 and 31? This can be shortened by a day or two if need be. I will drive and am pretty much open to anything or anywhere within an 8 hour radius of Cincinnati. Would prefer to do multi pitch trad routes up to 5.9 or sport up to 5.11.
Would like a to know by Friday if you are interested.
I could use a climbing trip to some far off destination, but will instead be content with my daytrips to the gorge. Good luck. I'll be curious to see where you ended up in the 8 hour radius.
Pick myself up, stop lookin' back.

Probably more like 12 hrs for you from Cinnci. but might be a bit more comfy! Not sure what the black fly situation would be right now. Might be worth the extra driving.
Yeah, that Bon Echo sounds sweet. With all the suspect rock and exposure, it keeps the "adventure" in climbing. Will have to make some time to get up that way. 12 hours sounds about right, I think it is close to 7.5 to Toronto and then another 3.5 to 4 to the park.
Has anybody been to any of the sport crags listed at the site?
I've no trad experience so Bon Echo is ouot for me right now, but I like the idea of the cooler temps in the north. May not be as interesting as BC, but definitely easier to access.
