not sure how to upload a photo onto here so go to the whatever catagory in the album and you can see how i spent my fourth of july. im alright,(as much as i was before) small concussion. camp is well, tiring but well. everyone be careful out there. see you soon.

I keep telling everybody I know that rides that climbing is safer than riding.
My oldest (15 going on 23) is down for a couple of months with a shattered kneecap after a little urban spill.
Dude, wear your pads, and if you don't have any...don't ride.
Pick myself up, stop lookin' back.
