well Ryan and Virginia showed up on our doorstep last night already looking haggered from being on the road for two days. They only stayed the night, but we'll be hanging out in vedauwoo together for awhile.

Before they took off they dropped off some ale-8....and clogged the toilet. I had to leave for the morning and I got a nice voice mail "yeah, hey it's Virginia. We're really sorry but we clogged your toilet. Call us if you need us to do something" Like oh I don't know, maybe unclogg it!? Bastards!

It was the best voice mail ever. I couldn't stop laughing. Much love guys, I'll be up in Wyoming probably on Thursday to hide a dead fish in your truck.

Thank you Sarah and Jason for your hospitality after 12 hours in the car you two were a welcome site! We look forward to catching you guys Thursday and hope to repay some of your generosity.

And to our defense, we plunged your toilet for 20 minutes! I swear it must have been busted before we got there.

I'm betting Trango had something to do with it.

But, Jason, if you can find room in the truck for a dead fish I'll be impressed.

Oh, and as an aside to any and all concerned...there was a spotting of the famous rapping Odub in Vedauwoo, climbing a SPORT route. What is the world coming too? I always thought OW stood for "Off-width", maybe I was wrong.

Vedauwoo is amazing, we are having a blast!

My hands are bleeding all over, my finger nails are destroyed and every muscle in my body hurts. Aparantly sitting behind a desk isn't good training for a road trip.

We were going to leave for Lander a few days ago (Clipping bolts..mmmm)...oh well maybe Wed...that's our current plan.

Our plan fell apart Saturday night when I meet Bob Scarpelli (probably not spelled correctly) during a party at a climbing shop. My hands were swollen and all I wanted to do was leave first thing in the morning for Lander and after talking to him for an hour I got so pumped up I had to stay!
