Anyone want to start running (trail or road) and/or cycling on weekday mornings? I am free until 10:30 M-TH and until 2:30 on Fri.

Well after the Highland Sky this past weekend, I think my short lived little trail running hobby has come to an end. Back to climbing. Steve, Jill, and stick clip coming soon to a crag near you soon. Better yet, who wants to put up Mr Bungle for me this weekend?

If I were there, I would love to!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

Maybe when you get back. Although you can put up a more classic line than Mr Bungle!

Wow! That's awesome. Especially the guy that ran the AT in 99 days in addition to doing 50 in 50 in 50.
