Well I just got back from my honeymoon and we did some bouldering around Donner Pass. I don't remember seeing any bolts and the few locals(?) we talked to said there isn't much sport (or they don't do sport, I can't remember).
Try the supertopo site and check out their guides.
Don't forget that you're at 5000 feet and don't forget to wear lots of sunscreen.

Screw you guys. I'm going bowling.
I just moved to the SouthEast from Reno & started climbing in Tahoe when I was 'younger.' I really really LOVE that place.
There are a few tasty sport routes at Lover's Leap in the 10-11 range -- they go up the horizontal dikes, which is pretty cool. 'Labor of Love' is the one I am thinking of (requires a dyno or trickery if you are not 5'9''). If you get there by Thursday, you can usually find camping at Lover's Leap 'Access fund' campground -- potable water & toilets. The Strawberry Lodge is a short walk from the campground, offering $5 showers & a bar (and food). I believe there is still more primitive camping at Phantom Spires, unless it is now private.
From what I vaguely remember, there are also a few fun sport routes at Phantom Spires (although, there is much cooler trad, as you sling chicken heads up a few routes--> http://www.supertopo.com/rockclimbing/r ... r=taphcand ) & Sugar Loaf. They get less people than Lovers' Leap (which gets pretty crazy on the weekends if you are not an early riser).
http://www.supertopo.com/climbingareas/ ... tahoe.html has some good info for free if you dig through-- although I personally, do not love his guides unless there is no other option (too much fluffy beta per route/problem).
In North Lake Tahoe, Donner's Summit is amazing. Again, the trad is more prevelant, but there are some really cool sport routes (there's a 5.11 dihedral at Snowshed wall that is a must-do). And there is some really good quality bouldering with beautiful views.
There are several good guides of the area -- if you are not interested in buying it, you should at least look through it to see where you want to go. REI's have them.
If you are into bouldering, I have some more beta for you--just let me know.
Have fun!!!
