paul, may i humbly suggest giving up climbing and start competitive cupcake eating.

jenn and I have started an organization called the FFA (f#%^ing fat asses) and could use your skills as a cupcake pusher. it's an issue of social justice really.

What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.
