Post by the lurkist »

Susan Ventura reported that a car parked at the friction slab was broken in to today.
That is all I know.

Did they park and ride? Cause I'm wondering how the heck ya get your car broken into at the FS?! Ya can belay right off your bumper. Maybe they were around back bouldering to some crazy house music pumping outta their ghetto blaster and didn't here the bandits.
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

Damn. I often park just up the road to go bouldering at emerald city. I never thought such an open, visible place would be a target.
My paranoia increases.

roadside is an open and visible place and it gets hit all the time - those beattyville dudes must cruise 11 a lot when they go on their break-in sprees

the break in actually happened at the Coffee Shop, not Friction Slab. Same road, but different area.
