Yeah - by definition. If you drink a liter of water at, say 5 degrees C, your body will warm it up to 37 degrees C (body temp). That will use 32 nutrition 'calories'. (Food calories are actually kilocalories - why? I have no idea!) But you have to keep that liter of water cold while you drink it. But, yes, in theory, you could 'burn' maybe 50 to 100 calories a day from your normal cold water drinking.
so if a person eats nothing but these so-called negative calorie foods, could they starve to death? And if they over eat these same foods, could they starve to death even faster?
