I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

In a simple world I could say "I'm an Architect", but things are slightly more complicated than that. Technically I'm an "Intern Architect", but if you understand the medical residency process, I'm more like a resident. I did my 7 years in school, my roughly 5 years of work experience and I've passed 6 of the 9 tests so far. I'm taking the 7th next Friday, and I've left myself 2 (hopefully) easy tests to finish up during the rest of May. Assuming that I pass these tests, I can then write a check to the state and start calling myself an Architect.

My firm is really small, so I do all sorts of stuff. As a firm, we do residential and smaller commercial projects. Our specialties are veterinary clinics and public transportation planning.

I'm a speech-language pathologist. Not the school kind; the hospital kind. I work with stroke victims, head injuries, swallow disorders, languge disorders, cognitive-linguistic disorders, oral-motor deficits, and some children with speech/language/stuttering difficulties.

I would like to be an Elf!

JB (you knew it was coming) ignores me!

I do compuer based research on gene evolution. I've been doing this for 12 years and am ready to get out from behind the terminal and do something more physical and tactile and/or interpersonal.
