Other Information:
Formerly Bouldergrass. This event combines a bouldering competition put on by Adam Henry at one of the Southeast's premiere boulderfields with a day of music. This year's venue will include acoustic sounds from local artists, bluegrass, and classic rock'n'roll. Proceeds will be donated to the SCC, MS of Alabama, and Chandler Mountain Fire & Rescue.
Sloperfest Ticket Prices:
Spectators: $20 (includes Saturday and Sunday with camping on Saturday night)
Camping Friday night: $5 additional for spectators
Competitors: $45 (includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with camping on Friday and Saturday nights)
Competitors receive a free event t-shirt & swag bag filled with goodies from the sponsors.
All attendees (competitors, spectators & volunteers) will be entered to win one of the many door prizes that will be given away during the event.
Cash prizes for top competitors and tons of gear prizes for other division winners.
Competition begins at 9:00am. Check back regularly for more details and musical lineup.

Too damn cold JB. You know the old lady is only good till about 50...a warm sunny 50. Lets face it so am I. Besides you don't wanna climb with us, its been months since we've gotten out. Probably forgoten how to belay. We gotta get to running, my training has slacked off with these work trips. Might be up for bluff scalin Sunday if it doesn't rain.
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.
