What about the snakes? Has anybody asked them how they feel about this? That particular area happens to be their home, their den, their nesting site... a high concentration of several different species.

These indigenous reptiles were out and about the last two weekends in the Red. If the class is lucky then they might have the opportunity to learn about them and meet a few of the native residents.

Will they be taught about the local flora and fauna as well? To respect it, to love it, and cherish it?

group size, whatever....
If Paul is at the helm, their will be 14 new members to contirbute to the RRGCC. It is an opportunity to reach new people and educate them about the need to preserve climbing and get their continued support in the future.
People are going to come. Bolt them and they will come, right Sunshine?
So if that is the inevitability, let's welcome them, explain the rules and ettiquette, and get their support.

Ditto. This weekend at Solar sucked ass. I loved the people with whom I was climbing but there were so many freakin people. It was not a good environment. OF course, I could have left but we were there first! Actually second.

First off im pretty sure global is private so aight there shove it about DBNF "laws". secondly Paul your still a douche bag. A group is any party that will be spending the day together under one leader. The crag parties are out of hand, people need to realize that there are other spots to climb. alas adventure is for those with passion. Also when the cliffs are crowded please dont be a raging bitch of a vag because the one climb that everyone has seen you on is taken. if "YOUR" route is taken big whoop. i have only been to one crag that had two routes. get on something else to help "spread" impact. dont just cake the same pile over and over. who knows maybe youll discover a new classic. hell you might even get it to yourself. Play fair, be patient, be willing to sacrifice to someone who may only be at the gorge once, and dont use some lame line like, "those are my draws" esp when they arent. take them down after each burn and stuff them in your ass if you dont want anyone else to use them. This is the gorge and this is the south. Hospitality should be the first and last things we give. POeople respond better and give of themselves easier in that enviroment. Oh yeah paul/ still a douche but im on your side. You showed hospitality and courtesy

I don't like anyone enough to deal with that kind of crowd.

This is why I carry a firearm to the crags, usually clears out anyone that isnt local.
I flashed your mom, she has a stiff crux, but after the first few moves it's smooth sailing.
