Artists Needed

Post by Artsay »

I know there's been talk of making T-shirts and stuff for the Red and this fundraising effort and it's time we do it. Huggybone's ideas were really good but what I'm thinking is a really good logo or sketch that we can use for T-shirts, stickers, or whatever. Something simple yet descriptive of the climbing style of the RRG. Something attractive and trendy even.

So if anyone has any skills, put something together and send me a PM. At this point, no computer skills are even needed. You can just mail me some sketches and I'll take care of getting it digital.

Thanks for anything you all can do,
Michelle

Here is the design the T-shirt company artist made

I don't just love it. I do know that I found a t-shirt place that can do the above design for cheap, on a good shirt, and is close to my house.

Anyone have a picture of a climber flagging one leg almost horizontally the other folded and reaching way up with one arm? Send it to me.
A drawn graphic from it would be sweet.

hey, Jesse, you might want to put some spaces in your e-mail address next time you post it in public. There are robots that will scan public bbs looking for e-mail addys, then they'll spam you mercilessly and attack you with viruses meant to turn your computer into a zombie. Those things eat brains, man. They come out of the forest making these crazy moaning/word sounds and then they eat your BRAINS!!! I'm tellin' ya. You gotta watch out for those zombies. Last thing you want is your computer turning into a zombie... and then turning you into a zombie...

I wonder what's been posted at boingboing...

mmmmmkay.....
Been watching cable today? Zomie movies. Always remind me of Horatio.
I think I heard once that hemp makes a non-yellowing paper. Is this right, and can I get non yellowing drawing paper? Anyone know? I'm thinking about offering to do sketches from pictures as a fund raiser. Anyone interested in a drawing for say 10 bucks?

I'll take a couple, Jesse. That one of me on Goodtimes, and the one of you and Rock Wars. They're in the album I think. I'll give the money to Michelle Wednesday night. I'm decorating my office with stuff like that!

If it pleases me, I shall order more! :D
