Probably heading south Friday, so this weekend would be out for me. I am free pretty much whenever during the week though.

I'm available any time. The weekends are fine. Artsay is working WAY too much right now so I'm happy to accomodate her schedule.

Ahhh....hence the reason why we initially decided no meetings!

Well, let's just meet with whomever whenever and rely on each other to pass the info to everyone else.

I'm up for a get together this Friday or Sunday. Morgain, Di, Hugh...maybe we all can work something out?

I'll be gone this weekend, but don't stop because of me. This is y'all's gig so I'd just want to be there in case you need any input or coordination from us.

It doesn't have to be everyone. We need to solidify a gameplan so that we all have an idea of what we are trying to achieve. I am sure individually we know what we want to do, but to be able to represent our efforts to businesses and other organizations, I think we need to have a unified front.
So you know what I have been up to,
I have spoken with the AF. They are very interested and have been following our plight and have a vested interest in the success of the property (they gave $7500).
Also, Blurr products is interested and are talking amongst themselves about what they can do. I am hoping to get feedback from BD soon.
Also, I have spoken with Bob and Di and I have also discussed the possiblity to go to our state and natl legislators and present the RRGCC and their (our) need.
Anyway, you get the idea. If I/Di/ any of us or Bob/Bill ulitimately talk with these folks we have to look organized.
So how about this weekend. When is good for you Michelle?

I'm climbing during the day this weekend...weather willing. So, I'm mostly free on the evenings. Michelle mentioned Friday night. That works well for me.

Friday could work for me. I'd prefer to meet around 6:30pm and no later. We can meet at my house or over one of your places since you all are so close to each other.
