What about Bob Marley and The Oasis?

Post by Dirtbag1 »

While browsing through the online guide I noticed that neither the Oasis or Bob Marley Crag are in there. Is there a reason for this? I know Oasis is close to Pocket Wall but was it included in that closure? Both these crags are described in the old guidebook as having some decent routes....so before I go out of my way for nothing can anyone shed a little light?

I think Ray just did the most popular walls first. He'll get around to the others, maybe after the maps get put in.

Thanks to Yasmeen, Eagle Point Buttress is now in there. You RULE girl!

The place is really HOT. A good winter crag, for sure. There are a couple of crumbly routes but there are also some really good ones. I belayed Ray on Patty O'Keef's Walking Shoes (I think that's the name...) and it looked hard as a hell. It's .12a with crazy thin moves. He loved it.

Man, Patty O'Keefe's Walking Shoes is one of the most unique and coolest routes for the Red. It's a 50 foot boulder problem. Bad ass.
