Hey I just got a JetBoil and was wondering if anybody else has purchased one, what they think of it, and if what recipes they are trying with it. Thanks alot
cant really do any gourmet cooking but if you just want to make coffee and freeze-dried stuff its fast and easy.
"if your cold and need a blanket, somebody give em' a blanket; if you needs some socks, sombody give em' some socks; and if your holding...don't hold out."
I was actually looking into this as well. I believe I will hold off for now though as most of the camping I will be doing is out of my Element and I can fit a Coleman two-burner stove in it. The JetBoil looks good though.

...quitting drinking is kinda like washing your hands after you take a crap...why start now?
i've been thinking about getting one to travel with - got a cheapo burner at present nothin' fancy but it boils water and it's really light weight - that's about all i need when i camp.
I've had good luck with the baking rig that came out a few years ago, have not done pizza yet but coffee cake stuff has turned out nicely, has a circular aluminum foil type cover that I guess creates a convection deal that enables you to bake if your stove can get close to a simmer.
