what do you do..
what do you do..
what do you do when you're having one of "those" days?
personally, i drink coffee and hope i can go to sleep soon and that tomorrow will magically be better. after getting some coffee and realizing it'll be a long time before i can go to sleep, i try to deal with (or find an effective way to sidestep) what problems i might be facing.. and that's when things really go wrong..

Mostly I just go home and cuddle wtih my cat. No wait, my cat moved in with a family a couple streets over. OK, go home and cuddle with the girl I love. No wait, I'm gonna die sad and alone. Oh wait, now I remember.....

I have alot of 'those' days. I'd say I'm up to 50% of my days being one of 'those' days. So, here is my plan of action-
1) Go home and keep my mouth shut. (Keeps me from directing my anger at the wrong person)
2) Brood for about four hours.
3) Pretend I can quit my job.
4) Drive around and pretend I could just pick a direction, dive and never come back.
5) Best thing- go home and go to sleep. Get 10 or 12 hours of rest.
Oh yea, and
6) Drink.
I'd like to say that the best thing to do is plan better so that you can avoid 'those' days, but, after doing that for 4 months, I think that it is entirely out of my control.

I had one of those days yesterday, I was trying to get some xmas shopping done and was getting stressed at the mall (the ikky ikky mall) and the stupid store clerks, and the crowds etc. so I sat down on a bench, had some water, and felt my little alien kicking me from the inside. then it was all better.
