Found out I have 4 vacation days left this year anyone down for a Alabama and/or Geaogia bouldering trip? NC? During the week would be ideal.

What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

gonna shoot for 12 (13-16) if weather is bogus would someone be interested in riding up to a gym in Louisville or Cincy? would prefer to be outdoors though- didn't Ashley look good Sat, too bad it didn't help much
