Ice Tools for sale

Post by drytool »

I'm selling a pair of Black Diamond Black Prophet ice tools ($100). The tools are in good shape. I'm selling them because I've upgraded to a pair of Vipers this season. Send me a private message if your interested.

Kit, Just say no to ice! Sell all your ice crap, get a good crash pad and come bouldering with us this winter instead.

Are there any ice climbing areas close to Lexington? NC? RRG? I'm hoping to get up to WI or MI this winter.

Been to the dark and cold side, in fact my first ice climbing trip was with drytool. It was fun, but that was before I had really "discovered" boulderererering, now wintertime is the time for sweet southern slopers or hueco.

PS, thanks much for the kindness with the photos!

drytool - any plans for ice climbing this winter? I'd like to find someplace close enough for quick weekend trips.

That north conway trip was fun, but damn it was cold!

"Bouldering is instant suffering"

So, let me get you hooked on bouldering now. I have several converts already: People that thought they were trad climbers, people that thought bouldering would be a fun "diversion" from real climbing. But in the end, the POWER of PURE climbing was just to much for them, and they are now driving 5-7 extra hours each weekend to sample some of the best rock in the world.
