Got PDM? Job opening...

Post by kato »

My company is looking for someone to do customer support for our PDM product. If any of you tech geeks are interested, PM me. To see the listing, search monster.com with keywords UGS, GTAC, and MILFORD. Some kind of PDM experience is a must.

What's PDM? I might have experienced it and not even know it.

Send list of campaigns ran, favorite monsters, and number of dice bags you own.

kato: I notice you said "customer support". What percentage of time in this position is spent interfacing with current and potential customers?

Mike:
100%. The position involves being online and taking real time calls from current customers (only), or researching same (probably about a 50/50 split). Complexity runs the gamut from RTFM type calls, to sorting out hardware/network snarls for enterprise software using multiple tier architecture, to custom coding, to repairing RDB tables with SQL. It's dirty work, but you know what they say.
