I don't give a rat's ass if the dogs are tied up or not. However, if you ask animal biologists ,etc. you may discover that the wild animals out there get chased off by domestic dogs running wild.

Kris, Gullwing didn't apologize to Christian. Christian is my friend, he expressed that his feelings were hurt and I have the option of expressing my feelings. Oh and I did let it go until you posted. But now I've let that go.
