Digging, donating, dining, dancing! Wheeeeeeeeee! I'm in, and my ass is blue too!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

If your employer allows collection boxes set one out. If you would like a flyer to put with it let me know and I will email it to you. Thanks again.

something i've been meaning to post for a while and this is the best chance to do it.. wonder if maybe it should end up in the climbing museum? probably not.. but it's a great document to check out and think about.

the tyrol declaration:
http://www.americanalpineclub.org/docs/ ... ration.pdf

from the declaration:
AAJ wrote:THE TYROL DECLARATION IS AN APPEAL TO:
Accept the risks and assume responsibility
Balance your goals with your skills and equipment
Play by fair means and report honestly
Strive for best practice and never stop learning
Be tolerant, considerate and help each other
Protect the wild and natural character of mountains and cliffs
Support local communities and their sustainable development.
thanks so much matt and amy for making this happen..

I am not sure about boxed but I suspect it would be best not to donate frozen foods. I talked to matt and clothing would definately be great.

I hope everyone comes out.
