I agree that you should leave your valuables at home or leave them at Miguel's. I don't agree with the belief that if you're car is broken into it's your fault for not leaving the trunk open, windows down, glove box open, etc.

No one said it was your fault, but it is the risk you have to accept and you still have to follow the rules.

Good thing no one has been molested in the Southern Region or we'd be telling people to walk naked, not resist and to keep all orifices well lubricated.

I thought this thread was about following the rules and the potentail consequenses of not following the rules. The only one to blame with the break-ins are the theives. Do what you must to pervent another break-in and above all follow the rules.

You don't really need to ask. By definition, it is something like "developmental disability" (formerly called "being a retard") or "cognitive impairment".

I parked up there was when there were all those break-ins. My Jeep was hit so the next week I parked at the crag.

Then be smarter about what you leave in the car and don't jeapardize our access.

I own a Jeep, the rule for the Jeep is: if you want to keep it, then don't leave it. Nothing was stolen from my Jeep, but they still ransacked it, made a friggin mess and tried to pry my CD player out of my dash. I don't generally like for people to be routing through my stuff.

I understand if someone parks at the crag instead of the lot.

Then climb somewhere else. This is a generally ignorant, selfish stance.
