Country's not that bad!
Agreed, but the crap they play on the radio isn't country. It's brain rotting "country pop".

Not all of it (ie. JC, Nickelcreek, Alison Krauss, etc.) but most......
The fingers you have used to dial are too fat. To obtain a special dialing wand, please mash the keypad with you palm now...........

True dat, especially up north here in cincy.
There's a good station tuned in at the cabin, wbul, don't remember where it is on the dial, but they play a good mix.
Some pop-country, a lot of older stuff, and at some point on Sat even threw in some preachin'.
Balances out the Stern.

You can get 88.7 Appalshop out of Whitesburg in the gorge...they are all over the map but have great old time country and bluegrass. Occasionally I hear death metal and preaching too...

I bought the new Del McCoury today...

william shatner, paul?

"For months on end I maintained a veneer of sincere interest,
As if I was listening as you relived every page of self-help and new age that you'd read,
And I went in for the kill,
I'd read the same books,
I learned to ape the motions of a sensitive human being,
And we were oh so happy,
But you found things to fix,
And I knew it was time to move on.

So now you have me completely figured out,
You feel sorry for me,
I can't express my feelings,
I can't tell the truth,
We are all alike,
At puberty I was sworn to secrecy by the international brotherhood of lying fickle males,
I can't tell you anything,
And I can't commit,
You're right,
I can't commit to you.
"
I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
