where is the boulderfield near indian creek? also, where is middle earth and the coffee shop, both bouldering areas in the red? any other good bouldering areas?

By the boulderfield near IC I assume you're referring to The Junkyard.
Just head towards IC and as soon as you go across the concrete bridge, park on your right near the gate of a logging road.
Hike up the logging road for about 1/4 miles and look for the well worn trail to your left.

For the Coffee Shop, head toward Torrent Falls. As soon as you see the Beer Trailer on your right start looking for a large pulloff on your left. Park in the pulloff and head across the street and up the hill.

The Cove has some ok bouldering. From the tunnel drive down the hill toward "the inner gorge" and around the secound curve you will see a pull off on you left, park their and go up the hill.
