Mine was more like 14ish but mine did inlcude rand work. They came back looking brand new. Except for the used shoe smell.
Yosemite Bum always cleans the shoes up and will fix little things for you for no charge, or atleast they have with me. Its the little things that count, and the perfect resole.
I use quick Cobbler in Vancouver. If you are out west and need your shoes done, this is the place. I have mine back in about 5 days shipping time included. they are an authorized 5.10 resoler.

Yosemite bum doesn't use C4 Steath. Unless you send in your own rubber they will use their Traxx rubber. I like it but hey I suck so much I can't blame my failures on which type of rubber is on my shoes.
Sik and lord mentioned Evolve's Yosemitebum.com site. I had a pair of shoes resoled by them and they did a great job. Plus right now they are running a climbing "bum" sale so you can get resoled for $2 plus $8 shipping and handling! I don't think there is a better deal on the web. I'm a fan of their traxx rubber. Temperature doesn't seem to affect it as much as some of the other rubbers i've used (mad rock and boreal) which tended to lose stickyness when it got cold.
