Coal Bank grading alone will do little until a drainage issue is addressed. RRGCC land management has visited Coal Bank with road crew and dozer operator in last couple weeks. Plan in works.

And if you want to be extra safe, wear a harness.
Yes, I actually saw a guy without a harness last year belaying his kid at PMRP. He some how attached an ATC to a Charlie Brown Christmas hemlock. Not recommended.

It must get a fair amount of traffic. I saw people on it this spring, and again this fall. Seems like a nice little intro to OW, especially since can be TR'd off its neighbor's anchors.
