The investor for the next iteration of Kinetic is bringing new jobs, a state-of-the art climbing facility along with some great new offerings that are hopefully going to change the direction of climbing in Columbus.

As the authors state, 99% of golfers will never get better because they only play occasionally. And going to the range and hitting a bucket of balls is not practice in their definition. It is a waste of time because it does not hone in on any specific weakness.

Actually For me it depends on how hard and how consistent my training was prior to stopping. If I have trained hard (for me) for the last month i feel I can do up to a week. If not I notice effects sooner. I feel like endurance goes first too...

My wheelchair isn't that wide, as it is custom built and I only weigh 115. I mostly just use it at work and use my mountainbike at the Red to get to certain cliffs. Don't worry about it though--Already sent Far From God last month.

It's a bit faddish but a lot of their philosophy makes sense ( some seems unrealistic), they really push variety and intensity.. they claim to honor technique but the rep counts in some of the WODs would render form impossible to uphold for 99% of us.
