The road into Miller Fork is in pretty bad shape right now. The first hill on the way in isn't too bad but the hill by the graffiti is pretty rough. The flat portion of the road also has a few rough spots with an exposed drainage pipe and some deep mud. The photos don't really do it justice. I would...

My buddy went back there on Sunday and said the road is in decent shape with the normal potholes. He has a Subaru Crosstrek I believe.

That mexican joint down the road (La Cabana) is serving margaritas and other cocktails, as well as beer (draft and bottles). The food is also quite good; highly recommended!

I found a Grigri at Solar Collector yesterday 11/5. It was on the ground for most of the day and was still there at dark so I scooped it up. Let me know if it's yours and I'll get it back to you.

I saw that car counter! I'll be sure to drive over it a couple thousand times next time I'm out there.

So the only criterion for scoring points for the climbing comp is number of bolts clipped? No consideration for route difficulty or anything else?

The road is fucked right now; the steepest portion looks like a downhill ski moguls course. Several cars had to be winched out by a truck on Saturday night.
