there are a few out there, but virtually all of the GriGri2's were under the recall blanket- some 40,000 in all.

I received my reply and RA number within an hour of notifying petzl- super quick response. Hopefully the replacement of the device will also go quickly, although I'm glad its the off season here in vegas.
