Good discussion.Vitamins are essential items for body.There are lot of vitamins like A,B,C,D.All vitamins are good for essential for a better health.Without a vitamin we can't live a healthy life.

I have done swimming.i really like to do swimming.It is a healthy workout and good for health.Swimming is good for weight lose and cardio.It is good for lungs.I suggest everyone to do swimming regularly.
