I noticed that in Governor Fletcher's ban on outdoor burning there was a sentence which read," outside a recreational area." Does this mean that campfires are permissable if contained within a campground i.e inside a fire pit or container.

How about giving Lago Linda campground, just four miles from Bald Rock Road the opportunity to provide you with a drinks and food stand on the RRGCC land.
