Is Miguel's selling beer now and other food topics

If I recall correctly, Powell county voted to go wet earlier this year. So does Miguel's have beer? Is that mexican joint down the road going to have margarita's (and is it any good?) What about the new BBQ place - worth a stop?

Thanks for the food / drink beta.

Re: Motherlode Hill

Clif - I don't have the knowledge base to dismiss a larger grade of gravel as being an improvement or solution, as it very well may be. I do have a hard time imagining a grade of gravel that tires can't kick out, but maybe bigger chunks slows the process. I just don't think it addresses the underlyi...

Re: Motherlode Hill

Doesn't seem like there are many good options. In my opinion you either acquire the capital to purchase and maintain a large lot up top, or you continue to throw money into the pit that is continual road maintenance on that steep section for the foreseeable future. I can only imagine that things are...

Re: MFRP beta - where are the permas at?

Awesome - thanks. The Monastery ones are convenient, I just didn't know if there were any other clusters.

MFRP beta - where are the permas at?

Looking for high concentrations of 12b+ permadrawed routes at MFRP. Shamelessly scoping out maximum points for the upcoming clip n go. Any tips appreciated.

Cheers,
Ben

Re: MFRP Rainy Day Climbing

In the interest of public knowledge, I'll answer my own thread - seeing as I threw the dice and checked it out. It had rained all week, and fairly heavily the night before, and rained all through the day that we were there. Serenity Point/Chaos - The three 11's (Hammer Time, Rising Hegemon, Return o...
