yeah tried that, or maybe it was chalk dust in the gym from brushing them holds.

Was wondering if any one has tried supplements for recovery from climbing workouts, such as protein drinks, or any thing else. Also was wondering if any one is taking a pre workout supplement like a N.O drink or pill? Or any thing else that some one has tried and the outcome of the product. Any info...

yeah if you just wanna go to the red and climb contact red river outdoors, if you want to learn before you go to the red then contact your local climbing gym and try to get some instruction, then it still may not be a bad idea to contact red river outdoors as a guide to help you out.

Relatively new to sport climbing, climbed at the Red most of last season, now I am looking for some place good to go for a week or two this winter. if they were at roadside then maybe a Scotts- Irish climber. No more getting off track now. Also thanks for the input pigsteak. Did my part so hopefully my son can some day see Red River Gorge as it should be seen, and not as a garbage dump where no climbing is allowed.
