not to mention there is nothing about boltergueist that is "intricate". its long and has a great view at the top. Other then that, its overrated imo.

not developer, or a bolter. But if you are a developer, and you aren't using stainless bolts in areas where it has been shown that conditions errode your equipment in short time... leaving the aftermath dangerous for someone else to fix and/or cleanup.... aren't you just littering? Wouldn't it just...

not developer, or a bolter. in response to "I'm not arguing that stainless isn't better. But why should all of the expense come out of my pocket. If someone wants to climb my routes and they want me to put in stainless, they should foot part of the bill. Subsidize the bolting and you get a say ...

Bones heal just as strong (if not stronger) than they were before the break. You'll be physically set long before you will be mentally set. Time and patience are all you need. And then its just trusting the arm and the muscles again. Prepare to be surprised at the atrophy you experience in the short...

live in NC, so definitely not a local... everyone in the group i climb with doesn't understand why miur doesn't charge $10/car ($20/van) or something like that. its easily worth it for those wanting to climb there. offer some sort of annual pass/sticker for locals. and problem is solved?
