I found a MF guide on the dirt road exiting the parking area (likely placed on roof, then ejected on the bumpy ride out). If you lost a guide this past weekend, please contact me with distinguishing info about what's inside the guide.

Working a regular two-arm front lever is still worthwhile for climbing fitness (core, etc.)...and relatively safe.

Rick & Liz, I'm a long-time climber, but only an infrequent visitor to the Red (since mid '90s) since we live 10 hours away. Anyway, a couple weeks ago we visited Muir for the first time...and I was very impressed with what you've done with Muir Valley. I hope all climbers recognize what a bless...
