Re: Three weeks at the Red in April. Can i do it car-less?

You know, I remember that.
I had to do the first three moves of Scar Tissue super fast to avoid getting a soaked hand.
And even then, I ended up stopping on a jug to dry my hands on my pants. The start hold was a slippery mess of wet chalk...

Re: Three weeks at the Red in April. Can i do it car-less?

Push back your trip as far into April and May as possible. Better weather. So I'm assuming the 3rd, 4th weeks of April + 1st week of May is the better of the two options? Better temps? Since we're getting a cabin, most of our food will be grocery bought and cooked, but I was curious about whether or not Miguel's had any vegan options on the chance that we decided to eat out for a day or two (some of our group is veg...

Is there quality bouldering at the Red?

I'm going to be at the Red for a long week in early May, and was curious about the bouldering. It's mostly a sport climbing trip, but being a boulderer first i'd love if my girl and i could bring our pads and spend a few days working problems. There seems to be something there, but is it worth it (i...
