Wow, seems like a bunch of people posting that don't even know what hte OP is asking.

This wasn't fixed gear, these aren't even project draws! This is some dope who left two draws on the anchor for some unknown reason and expects that they'll still be there weeks later intending to take them back.

Two biners left there, sure....but two draws left at the top of a route resemble booty more than anything else.
