I was down there and had to climb up onto the sidewalk on Beale Street. There are many good routes there. It's solid rock for the most part, just be careful not to grab the holds labled Budweiser or Coors.

Yeah, on CF Show, you heave up over this bulge off two little crimps then grab a sidepull out right and stand up. It's an interesting climb to say the least. It overhangs a lot more than I expected it to.

Ah, just like the good ol days! It's funny tho, because for as many new great routes that have gone up since I've been gone, I'm still seeing lots of classic names pop up on people's lists. Wangsaw Massacre, Steelwacker, BMT, etc. I guess there's a reason they call em classics! I guess if you wanted...

But wait, if you have "lateral" ec, wouldn't climbing help that? I always fought medial ec.

Start sucking down the Vitamin-I and lay off of it (or keep climbing/training and just try to manage it during the season by working antagonistic muscle groups). That was the only thing I could find hat would even come close to working. I hear deep tissue massage works tho.
