try googling arthrofibrosis of knee. i see this occur in patients that are post total knee replacement, and they generally do quite well after manipulation, but therapy must begin immediately (the afternoon of the manipulation) and almost daily for the week or two after manipulation, and then return...

I've found lately at Whole Foods I might have 6-7 items where I could stack them and carry them out but a bag might make it easier... the cashier asks if I need a bag with an undertone of .. please don't use one. Don't mind it at all. Whole Foods has actually given me a couple of their reusable bags...
