Check out the South St Vrain as well, it's a little less traveled than Boulder Canyon, although the rock quality isn't quite as good. As a bonus you can hit up Oskar Blues for great beers and an old school arcade afterwards. The Monestary also has some great 10s and 11s, plus it's a bit higher eleva...

+1 on the Flatirons. The Dome in Boulder Canyon and Eldo also have some great easy trad. As far as bouldering goes, Horsetooth and the Satellite boulders, and Carter Lake are all great, but Clif is right- you'd probably need more than a half day to enjoy completely.
