So training when one isn't at the crag has no value of course?

If your an adult male anything up to and including the number 1 is realistic. My measured grip strength right now is 280 lbs from using grippers for the last 6 months 4 times a week or so.

If you use high tension grippers like Captains of Crush your grip will get phenomenally strong.

My cardio is kettlebell swings. 30 swing sets start on the top of every minute for about 30 minutes. I also do Tabata protocol sprints...sprint 20 sec and walk 10 sec rinse and repeat.

This site has really good prices, and the kettlebells are equal to Dragon Door or Lifeline bells in my opinion.

Kettlebells and a jump rope can kick your ass. I been doing 75 presses, 150 snatches (6 min), and 500 swings at a session (in sets) with a 53lb bell.

May as well leave out the Red Bull. Most people (99%) don't train hard enough to justify the sugar carb expenditure. It just goes to fat.
