After reading the thread about Pocket Wall I was kind of disturbed by all the knee-jerk reactions to Wilson Francis' attitude towards climbing. climbing impacts

I was sent this link by a tree-hugging buddy who's always telling me both rapelling and climbing are just good for tearing up clifflines:
