man I'm jelous my spring break was this last week.... I wish I could have amputated my own arm, instead I got to do something much more painfull... studying 14 hours a day for my 4 year comprehensive exams but on the bright side I'll actually be able to findthe time to climb after these damn things ...

my better half ha the same thing, do lots of opposing muscle exercises as has been suggested. One of the primary causes of these types of stress injuries is not balancing your muscle strengh.

I still have 3 1/2 hours, but ya'll got it in 2006!!
