Re: Meyer's Fork
The History section used to have some of the old guides, but these have been lost or removed...I'll have to find an old climber.

Meyer's Fork
Any information on Meyer's Fork in the Upper Gorge Region? It's listed in the online guidebook, but there are no routes, no directions, etc. Has it been closed?

Re: Woody's Wall
Looks like all one-star climbing. Perhaps this is why they aren't visited so much?

Re: Kentucky Pinstripe - red tag?
That's likely. Another group nearby on Father and Son said it had been red tagged for more than a month.

Kentucky Pinstripe - red tag?
Anyone know why there's a red tag on the first bolt of Kentucky pinstripe?

Re: July 26-28 Partner Needed
Hey Kyle - are you still looking for a partner for the weekend? I'm just getting back in the saddle after a hiatus. Currently about a 5.10 climber but willing to belay and flail. Out of cincinnati so I can do a day.

Here's a sob story...
I climbed only one time last season after a glorious, heady wave of climbing seasons. My wife had a rock fall on her head and refuses to climb any more. Another climbing partner got a boyfriend, so climbing is just a memory. Another got a girlfriend, but she dumped him and now he quit climbing to do...

Climbing Holds that bring the Gorge home
I've been developing my home wall over the past two years and have only sampled three hold companies; Atomik, Three Ball, and Rock Candy. Rock Candy's Dimple series seems to replicate the feel of Gorge rock fairly well. I'm expanding the wall and open to suggestions for holds. Any suggestions?

Re: Saturday's Accident at PMRP
I disagree with the "lower from rings on sport routes" comment; climbers need to know how to rappel. If you don't know how to rappel with 99% confidence then you don't need to be climbing outdoors. I say 99% because you should ALWAYS question your rappel before taking off your backup.
