This bill cannot be applied to us citizens as written, although it does make you wonder how you prove you're a us citizen when they won't let any normal court hear your case. All it does is create a process for dealing with the people that we already have been dealing with anyway....I am inclined to...

If your overall physical condition is very good, and you climb/train 3-4 times a week, I think you'll be back in about 2 months. I took a year off, and did almost no serious physical activity. I went from a 5.12 climber to a 5.9- climber. It was very rough, and I was starting to think that I would n...

Trad area's

I've got some old hard-core traddies coming to visit me next week. They are seeking the best trad area's with the highest concentration of stuff in the 5.9-5.11 range. Unfortunately, I've done nothing but sport since I moved to the area...so what I need is a list of what the best area's are for trad...

I can't really think of anybody that fits that description other than Alex Lowe...

You're joking right?

In red rocks, if you climb a hard route after it rains, all the holds break off.

Some of the area's have really solid rock, but most of the sport climbing areas have really soft porous rock.

The furthest I've ever run is 13 miles. But it always seemed much harder to run after taking a walking break. I'd recommend slowing to a jog instead of walking. The only good thing about walking is that it seems to help stretch out some muscles a little bit which could tighten up if you were doing a...

RRG sandstone is hard in comparison to Red Rocks, where Bachar solo'd the Gift (5.12d). But of course bachar downclimbed the climb next to it rather than haul a rope :)

I should be heading down from lexington most weekends. I could use some more motivation to get out as the partner I've been climbing with now has been busy most weekends. I'm climbing about 10a/b now, hoping to be back into the 11's shortly. Formerly a 5.12 climber (just out of shape and trying to a...

Rat Stew was good, just watch the lose rock on that wall. I pulled a large chunk of rock off of rat stew just last week. Luckly I was able to hold onto it so that it didn't hit my belayer, but still a little discomforting. And the top of the 10d on bruise brothers was a real horror show. Lots of nic...

Is it just me, or do most super human climbers get killed or maimed in car wrecks?
